Italy Travel – Venice – St Mark’s Square

Anyone who has been to Venice has been to St Mark’s Square but have you seen it from above?

These are the views I had from the top of the Bell Tower. Totally awesome!

Love the pics. We cruised to Venice five years ago. Amazingly, the docks we full that day, so we docked by the sidewalk just passed St. Mark’s!

  10. Thank you, all! How cool that would be to dock at St Mark’s. I don’t know how long cruise ships will even be allowed to dock in Venice, with all the protest about it from the locals.

  11. Its a fab view from the top of the campanile isn’t it Margie! The view from the top of the campanile of San Giorgio Maggiore is even better according to my Venetian friends although I’ve not tried it yet!
