News from Italy – Another Unusual Law

As much as I love Italy, some of their laws are very different. Today the Supreme Court in Italy, their Court of Cassation, ruled that it is a crime to offend a man by telling him that he has “no balls.”  The case started out as an argument between two men in southern Italy.   1. Very unusual! I think we probably have a few weird laws on the books here in the US, too, but maybe not that extreme!!


  2. There would be many fines issued in Australia if that same law was applied, the term ‘grow a pair’ is quite popular here.
