In Varenna, is that a bell tower or a clock tower or perhaps both? I love towers and the tales they tell. I also love gelato! Loved the pics. Gave me a lot to think about today.

Lived there for 3 yrs, went back in 2014 and am going back in April of 2016, love Italy.

And the most powerful love affair of my life continues….am I doomed? I cannot settle in my antipodean homeland, my heart aches for Italy, I cannot think of anything else, I long for my little hilltop town, my incredible neighbours and my pretty little house..
